Advisory Councils

The Cal Expo Board of Directors has appointed two advisory committees to augment the organization's effectiveness to showcase the State of California and better serve the people of the Golden State. 

The Agricultural Advisory Council was established to enhance the outreach efforts of the Board and staff in the agricultural community and to advise the board on matters pertaining to agriculture at the annual State Fair and interim events held at Cal Expo.

The Cultural Advisory Council was established to enhance the outreach efforts of the Board and staff in the cultural communities throughout the State and to advise the Board on matters pertaining to multicultural programs related to education, entertainment and other activities at the annual State Fair and interim events held at Cal Expo.
